Tai Stool

TAI is the first seating furniture by MAZANLI. It is cut and welded from a single aluminium or steel plate by laser. The silver uncoated as well as black and white powder-coated versions are made from aluminium. However, there is also an exciting steel variant, with a very striking surface which is achieved by "bluing". Bluing is a type of surface treatment that has been used for centuries to protect iron from rusting. It creates a black layer but through which the colour spectrum that arises when steel is heated shimmers easily. The seat cushion is then applied to the aluminium or steel base. There are several velvet and felt variants for the seat cover to choose from.
