Delivery is at street level and there is no packaging pickup. Delivery takes 2-5 working days with express couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, TNT or GLS. Please note, standard shipping may not be free for very large orders or for smaller islands and remote areas. Customs duties are excluded for shipments outside the European Community (non-EU), they will be charged to the recipient and will be requested by the shipper during delivery.

Upon receipt of your order, if an item has been damaged we recommend that you do not accept the damaged goods or sign the delivery note "RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS for damaged package". Please immediately notify the carrier and our Customer Service Department of the damage within 5 days of receipt by sending an e-mail to info@agofstore.com, indicating order number and attaching photos of the damaged product. The product to be replaced must be carefully stored in its original packaging.
