The Flos icons
The range pairs historic icons with contemporary designs. The Arco, by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni (1962), is the arching floor lamp with a Carrara marble base that lights a table without a ceiling fixture. The Snoopy, by the same designers (1967), has a marble base and an enamelled metal shade. The Taccia (1962) conceals the light source in the base to remove glare. The IC Lights by Michael Anastassiades (2014) is a glass sphere balanced on a slender stem, while the Bellhop by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby is the portable, cordless rechargeable lamp.
