AGOF Store has initiated the negotiated crisis settlement procedure (composizione negoziata della crisi), a process provided for under Italian law for the restructuring of companies in financial difficulty. It is being carried out with the assistance of an independent expert and under the supervision of the court. This is not a bankruptcy: the company continues to operate.
We apologise to those who are still awaiting an order or a refund. We know that the wait has been long and that our responses have not always been up to expectations. We have embarked on this process precisely to address the situation in an orderly and transparent manner.
Orders placed before 4 September 2026 that have not been delivered, and outstanding refunds, are covered by the procedure. The law requires that all those with a claim against the company be treated equally: for this reason, we cannot arrange individual refunds or deliveries outside the rules of the procedure. Every claim has been recorded.
Since 5 September 2026 , the website only accepts orders for available products, with the delivery date indicated at the time of purchase.
