Constructed from high-grade coated aluminium, this steak pan features differentiated thicknesses—substantially reinforced at the base and edges—to optimize heat distribution and structural durability. The cooking surface is finished with the Marmotech Extra Coating, Barazzoni’s most advanced non-stick system, engineered for ultra-intensive use. The five-layer coating, applied through precision spray technology, incorporates extra Marmotech® particles to deliver exceptional abrasion resistance and non-stick performance, with a longevity up to twice that of Marmotech® Plus as verified by LGA standard tests. The Barazzoni Granitica Extra Induction New steak pan is compatible with all hob types, including induction, thanks to its specialized heat-diffusing bottom. An ergonomically designed handle ensures secure grip and comfort during extended use. Ideal for the discerning user, the Granitica Extra Induction New steak pan meets the demands of high-temperature searing and frequent use, while maintaining easy food release and straightforward cleaning.
MARMOTECH EXTRA COATING - Identifies Barazzoni's top-quality products, equipped with extremely resistant non-stick coatings reinforced with extra Marmotech® particles, designed for ultra-intensive use and with extremely high non-stick performance. They last up to 2 times longer (LGA standard tests) than Marmotech® Plus. These coatings consist of 5 layers applied using spray technology. The pan bodies are made of aluminium with differentiated thicknesses, higher on the bottom and on the edges, to ensure optimal heat distribution and greater durability.
