DIAMANTECH COATING - Identifies Barazzoni's superior quality products, characterised by an innovative latest-generation DIAMANTECH inner coating, reinforced with titanium particles and enriched with the addition of 33 carats of natural diamond powder (per kg of coating), one of the hardest and most resistant materials in nature, designed for ultra-intensive use. These coatings consist of 5 layers applied by spray technology with 30% more thickness, making them extremely resistant during daily use. Even more resistant: the pan body is equipped with a layer of non-stick coating that reinforces the outer surface. The pan bodies are made of aluminium with a differentiated thickness, higher on the bottom and on the edges, to ensure optimal heat distribution and greater strength.
