Dot is a family of suspension lamps designed with the aim of creating disc-like lighting bodies. The structure skilfully combines the rigour of form with the most advanced lighting technology. Dot is made up of two parallel discs of different sizes connected at the centre by a thin metal tube. The smaller, lower disc encloses a ring of LEDs that, thanks to a dedicated optic, projects a large amount of light onto the diffuser, the upper disc made of painted aluminium. When switched on, Dot appears as a thin, light disc, almost suspended in a vacuum, generating an enveloping, shadowless flow of light.
