Gem, designed by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba for Foscarini, is a table lamp that celebrates the tactile quality of hand-blown layered glass. Its surface, marked by diagonal and horizontal reliefs, casts shifting patterns of light and shadow that fill the room with an understated presence. The white satin-finished diffuser rests on a metal base with a subtle light gold brushed finish. A transparent cord features a switch, also available in a dimmable version for adjustable light levels. Combining traditional glassmaking with a contemporary touch, Gem takes an E27 bulb up to 150W and fits naturally into modern or Nordic interiors, whether placed in a bedroom or living space.
