To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the IC Collection, Flos again collaborated with Michael Anastassiades to create a special, limited series of three 24-karat gold lamps: one table, one floor, and one pendant. This choice of finish was made not only to add a touch of luxury, but rather to symbolize the eternity and cultural importance of ornament, as explained by Anastassiades himself.
The new editions maintain the balance and simplicity of the original design, and also manage to amplify it with the use of gold, giving the lamps an even more iconic and surreal look. In addition, these lamps are also available in larger sizes, with a 45 cm diameter sphere, which further accentuates the contrast between the heaviness of the material and the visual lightness of the design.
