Its extra-thick aluminium body spreads the heat evenly, ensures low energy consumption and prolongs the life cycle of the product. In addition, it allows better anchoring of the non-stick coating, making the pan much more durable.

MARMOTECH PLUS COATING - Identifies the highest quality Barazzoni products, equipped with extremely resistant non-stick coatings, super reinforced with Marmotech® particles, designed for ultra intensive use. These coatings are composed of 6 layers applied with spray technology. Even more resistant: the pan body is equipped with a non-stick coating and a reinforced outer surface. The pan bodies are made of aluminium with differentiated thicknesses, higher on the bottom and on the edges, to ensure optimum heat distribution and greater strength.
